HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically shipped within 0–1 business days. For orders within the UK, delivery will usually take an additional 1 to 3 business days.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK
Tracking numbers may take 0–1 business days to appear in the carrier’s system. Occasionally, a carrier may delay or misroute an order. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the carrier. If you still need help, you can contact our team using the details below.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Orders are typically shipped within 0–1 business days, and UK delivery usually takes an additional 1 to 3 business days. If your order has not arrived after 4 working days, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
